28 Inch Normal Tv Or 19 Inch Hd Monitor?

I have an xbox 360 and I bought a 28 inch normal TV for a cheap price, the graphics are really good, and I couldn't afford a HDTV. would the graphics on a smaller HD monitor be much different?
