I was looking at 28 days later and I wondered if scientist could create a rage virus?

Couldn't you create a virus that induced a cancer of the anger region of the brain, or a virus that kills cells in the region of the brain that monitors judgement such as compassion. Also, you could alter the adrenaline levels in the blood by a viral induced cancer of the adrenal gland so the person is on steriods 24 hrs/day. It's noticeable that people on steroids have an increased sense of rage much like those people in 28 days later. By the way the zombies in 28 days later are not zombies b/c they don't eat flesh. They are just people pissed off and want to hurt other people, so I'm not looking for answers about cannibals.
