i put a piece of glass which a hard ware store can cut for you over 3/4 or 2/3 of the cage. that will lock in humidity. Also live plants add humidity and there are things calls drippers and misters and they keep a constant mist or drip like rain in the cage but they can be costly. Also you can use coconut bark and moss bedding they will also lock in the humidity. Usually the glass along with some house plants and some moss will do it.

It depends on the constraints. If in constant volume, the pressure will increase. If constant pressure, the vapor pressure will remain constant.
If you are referring to a specific substance's vapor pressure, the vapor pressure will usually increase with temperature, all other things being equal.
